NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered May 1, 2012 in Case No. 11-CA-003429 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, BY VERICREST FINANCIAL, INC. AS ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, Plaintiff, and, BENJAMIN DEBROCKE, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash at 800 E. Twiggs St Tampa, Florida, at the hour of 10 am, on the 6 day of August, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 19, BLOCK A, OF SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 30, PHASE II AND PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89 AT PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
