NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure of SunTrust Bank entered May 1, 2012 in the above-styled case, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, on June 07, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, Room 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK 4, LAVERGNE 1ST ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING ON SOUTH.
The Property or its address is commonly known as 803 East Baker Street, Tampa, Florida 33603.
