NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-027338, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-2, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOHN J. ROKITSKI, DECEASED; LORENA BENNINGER; BRAEMAR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; DAVID A. LUBOTSKY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN J. ROKITSKI, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 2:00 p.m., on the 5 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK C, BRAEMER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
