NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-015993 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and BARBARA COPELAND A/K/A BARBARA A. COPELAND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA COPELAND A/K/A BARBARA A. COPELAND; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC F/K/A FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10am on August 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 4, OF WINSTON PARK UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
