NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 1, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2007-CA-003421, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2010-2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and, PABLO VAZQUEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JORGE L. CONSUEGRA; ALINA CONSUEGRA; JOHN DOE N/K/A FELIX GURTE; JANE DOE N/K/A YAIMA GOMEZ are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM, ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, located at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 AM on May 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 15 FEET OF TRACT NO. 60 OF GOLDEN GATE EST. UNIT 64, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
