Vehlhaber aka Donald Vehlhaber, Jr. aka Don R. Vehlhaber, Kathleen K. Vehlhaber, The Strand Homeowners Association, Inc., The Strand Master Property Owners Association, Inc., USAA Federal Savings Bank, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 30th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
