Bank, National Association, As Trustee For Certificateholders Of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Llc, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2005-ac9, is the Plaintiff and Elayne Planer, Norman Planer, Lely Country Club Property Owners Association, Inc., Wachovia Bank, NA, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 29 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 13, Lely Country Club, PALMETTO DUNES SECTION, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
