NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 2, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-3469-CA of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1ST FLOOR OF THE Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 31 day of May, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 180 feet of Tract 69, of Golden Gate Estates, Unit 18, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Pages 7 and 8, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
