NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-05699, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and TRACI BENSON A/K/A TRACY BENSON, THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRACI BENSON A/K/A TRACY BENSON N/K/A TRACY BENSON, and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 4 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 7, THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMNIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3934, PAGE 653, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDEMENTS THERETO, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
