notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated May 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 08-2011-CA-002823, in the Circuit Court for Collier , Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and OSCAR ARCE, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
Unit I-8, Abaco Bay Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3764, Page 850, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 6 day of June, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
