NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-006302, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-1, ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE - BACKED PASS - THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and ERNESTO PEREZ, MARLENE GUTIERREZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERNESTO PEREZ, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 6 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 49, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 31, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
