Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2012, and entered in 11-3188-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS E. REYNOLDS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in the atrium, 1st Floor, Collier Cty Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on June 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 BLOCK 245, UNIT 7, GOLDEN GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 135 THROUGH 146, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
