Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6 day of June, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
That certain condominium parcel composed of unit number 12, Parkway Village of Chokoloskee lsland, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1621, Pages, 1687 through 1735, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County Florida and subsequent amendments thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
