THE EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 27 AND LOT 28, GORDON RIVER HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1422 14th Ave N, NAPLES, FL 34102; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on June 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
