Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2012, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the First Floor Atrium area of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 am on June 6, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 127 in TRAIL RIDGE, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 71, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
