Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2012, and entered in 11-2009-CA-008557 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and DENXY LARA; ADRIANA LARA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in the atrium, 1st Floor, Collier Cty Courthouse Annex, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 am on June 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 1, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 41, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
