NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 9, 2012, in Case No. 2011-CA-003445 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK, is Plaintiff, and THOMAS GLOE, REBECCA GLOE, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 7 day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 369, MARC0 BEACH UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 80 TO 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
