NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated May 3,2012, and entered in Case No. 08-17049, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and BRYAN BOATMAN A/K/A BRYAN K. BOATMAN, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., KAREN MAROZSAN, ESQUIRE ATTORNEY FOR BANK OF AMERICA, NA and JOHN DOE A/K/A ROBERT HERRELL IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on July 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 330 OF WINDMILL POINTE WILLIAMSBURG AT ORANGEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 137-139, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
