and less the following legal description:
from the north 1/4 corner of section 2, township 22 south, range 32 east, run south 89º57'00” east along the section line 1187.51 feet; thence south 1º27'30” east 1703.86 feet to a concrete marker for the point of beginning; thence south 89º57'00” east 150.0 feet; thence south 2º06'00” east 811.53 feet to the centerline of chuluota-christmas road; thence along said centerline north 53º57'10” west 200.50 feet; thence north 1º27'30” west 693.44 feet to the point of beginning.
