NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-15323-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and JULIO GONZALEZ, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 52, Green Briar Village, Williamsburg at Orangewood, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Pages 101-103 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
