NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-027308-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and IAN BLAKE A/K/A IAN D. BLAKE, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82 OF ARBOR RIDGE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE(S) 30 THROUGH 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
