NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 21, 2010 in Civil Case No. 48-2009-CA-018025-O/ DIV.33, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, AMADOR ROMAN; SONIA ROMAN; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest bidder for cash on-line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on August 6, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, PARK MANOR ESTATES, SECTION 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
