NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated May 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48 2008 CA 020752, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-WMC1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC1 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT ENG; BANK OF AMERICA N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT ENG; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of June, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, HAMPTON MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
