Unit 503, BAYVIEW AT BONITA BAY (“THE CONDOMINIUM”), A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2564, Page 1637, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
