Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 1 day of May, 2012, and entered in case No. 11-CC-005918 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein OAK CREST ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JANE E. SCHULTZ AKA JANE E. KLAUS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 31 day of May, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot No. 18, PATE CREST VILLAS I, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 56, Pages 86 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
