YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
Unit No. 6, Building 15466, ADMIRALTY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM NO. III, a Condominium according to the Condominium Declaration as recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Official Records Book 2144, Page 901, Public Records of Lee County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ., The Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Drawer 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902 and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as confessed.
This notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in Lee County, Florida.
