NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Motion for Default Final Judgment Summary filed April 24, 2012, setting the sale date as noticed herein, entered in the Captioned Matter of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and TV PROPERTIES, INC., et al. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 am at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, on May 24, 2012, the following described property:
A parcel of land located in Section 23, Township 44 South, Range 24 East, City of Fort Myers, County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
