NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 30, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-000375 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 30 day of May, 2012, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 323 in Building No. 3 in RENAISSANCE CONDOMINIUMS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded as Clerk's Instrument No. 2005000094005 in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
