NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed May 3, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-063745 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 18 day of June, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 80, OF SUNCOAST ESTATES, UNRECORDED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 525, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO THE EASEMENTS AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 652, PAGE 597.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
