SCHMIDT A/K/A ROBERT SCHMIDT, is a Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 AM, on the 31 day of May, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 16, Block D, COPPER OAKS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 80, at Page 47, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days from the sale.
