YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage, for declaratory judgment and supplemental relief, to determine the beneficiaries of James D. Story, and to determine the beneficiaries of Sharna Story Shircliffe, concerning real property in Lee County, Florida which is legally described as follows:
Lots 71 and 72, Block 911, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 26, A subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, pages 117 through 148, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
