TO THE DEFENDANT, DONALD WARREN BROWN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE DONALD WARREN BROWN REVOCABLE TRUST, AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Condominium Association assessment Claim of Lien on the following property owned by you and located in Lee County, Florida:
Apartment No. 1114 of TROPIC TERRACE CONDOMINIUM, Unit 11 and 12, according to the Condominium Declaration thereof of file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida in Official Records Book 322, Page 713 et seq. and all amendments, thereto. Together with all appurtenances thereunto set forth and specified the Declaration of Condominium, and including Parking Space No. 1114; said Parking Space located in Asphalt Parking Area as described in said Condominium Declaration.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Diane M. Simons-Burnside, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2030 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33901 on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published one time per week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
