NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 17, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-054493 (L) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and FRANK SOTO DIAZ; CLERK OF COURT, LEE COUNTY; MILEIDYS MARTINEZ ZAMBRANA; AND STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 7 day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, IN BLOCK 80, UNIT 8, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, AT PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
