ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC8, is the Plaintiff and AHSAN H. SAYED are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on June 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22 AND 23, BLOCK 3646, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 48, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN BOOK 17, PAGE 135, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
