ORI and ANDREA ORI, were the Defendants and ROBERT C. HILL and WILMA D. HILL the Plaintiffs, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 15 day of June, 2012, the following real property:
The West 75 feet of the Easterly 150 feet of the following described property: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the West One Half (W 1/2) of the Northwest One Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast One Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 31, Township 43 South, Range 22 East, thence run North a distance of 167.56 feet; thence run East a distance of 678.94 feet; thence run South a distance of 167.56 feet; thence run West to the Point of Beginning Subject to a 15 roadway on the South side of said tract.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
