NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed May 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-053159 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 11 day of June, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 24, BLOCK 12, UNIT 3, SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 7 AND DEED BOOK 252, PAGE 441 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
