NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 30, 2009, and entered in 07-CA-012833 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., is the Plaintiff and JOHN FRIEG; LYNNE M. FRIEG; PALMETTO RIDGE AT THE BROOKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SHADOW WOOD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN H. FRIEG A/K/A JOHN H. FREIG, DECEASED; TAMMI BARKER F/K/A TAMMI L. FRIEG; JOHN H. FRIEG, JR.; CHRISTOPHER J. FRIEG; MORGAN L. FRIEG are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on June 8, 2012 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 13 - 102, PALMETTO RIDGE AT THE BROOKS, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3605, PAGE 776, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
