BEAL, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of June, 2012, the following described property:
UNIT 2211, BUILDING 22, PHASE 22, REFLECTION KEY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 20060000107425 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AN BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
