NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-054932 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, Plaintiff, and, YAZMINE MALDONANO AKA YASMINE MALDONADO, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of June, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 16, BLOCK 9, UNIT 3, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254 AT PAGE 55 AND PLAT BOOK 15 AT PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
