NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 18, 2011 and entered in 36-2010-CA-054645 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and GAUDENCIO AVILA, are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on June 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17 and 18, block 3088, unit 62, cape coral sub division, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 21, page(s) 21 through 38, inclusive, of the PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
