Llanes; David Bravo and Mortgage Electronic Registered Systems, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 11, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, IN BLOCK 32, UNIT 8, SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, AT PAGE 30, AND OF DEED BOOK 254, AT PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
