NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-012480-CI-11, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, LASALLE BANK NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS TRUST 2006-CB9 C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB9 is Plaintiff and RICHARD COLLASHAW; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD COLLASHAW; ANDREA COLLASHAW A/K/A ANDREA J. COLLASHAW; ANDY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 25TH day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, AND THE NORTH 20.6 FEET OF LOT 27, BLOCK 1, OF HANNA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
