NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure issued on April 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-020855-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Plaintiff is WATERFALL VICTORIA MORTGAGE TRUST 2011-SBC1, and Defendants are BRIGHT KNIGHT PROPERTIES, LC, et al., the Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 5, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real and personal property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

AND ALSO TRACT BEGINNING 37.51 FEET SOUTH OF THE ORIGINAL NORTHEAST CORNER AND ON THE EAST LINE OF BLOCK 4 OF GOULD & EWING'S SECOND ADDITION TO CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, A SUBDIVISION LYING IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY FORMERLY WAS A PART, AS A POINT OF BEGINNING, SAID POINT OF BEGINNING IS MARKED BY A CUT ACROSS AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EXTERIOR LINES OF THE BUILDINGS NORTHEAST CORNER AS STANDING MARCH 14, 1959.
