NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-019794, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2004KS2 is the Plaintiff and SHERRY DUFRESNE; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; RIDGEMOOR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIJO GROUP, LLC; SALEM SQUARE II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PAULA ALTARE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAULA ALTARE N/K/A JOSEPH ALTARE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of June, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 100, SALEM SQUARE - UNIT 2 - PHASE B-2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 118, PAGES 1 THROUGH 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
