NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 8th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-006339, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. is the Plaintiff and PATRICK A. LAWLESS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICK S. LAWLESS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of June, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 IN BLOCK 96 OF REVISED MAP OF OLDSMAR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
