NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-10787-CO-41 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MARINERS PASS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL W. BJURMARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL W. BJURMARK; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK and DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of June, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 72 and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. In accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and conditions of the Declaration of Mariners Pass III Replat, a Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 4200, Page 1647 and any amendments thereto and according to Condominium Plat book 21, Pages 120 through 124 all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; the street address if which is: 6655-3 Cape Sable Way NE #72 St. Petersburg, FL, 33702.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
