NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-11023-CO-41 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ANDREA CARMICHAEL F/K/A ANDREA DERSCH and ROBERT E. CARMICHAEL are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of June, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit H3 in Building 111 of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON I-#2, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. book 5802, Page 1894 as amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with any and all amendments thereto, as from time to time may be filed of record and according to the Condominium Plat Book 78, Paes 29-35, inclusive, as amended of the Public Records of aforesaid; together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements thereto. the street address of which is: 1182 Pine Ridge Circle W., #H3 Tarpon Springs, FL, 34688.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
