NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007153 CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and ANGEL J. SILVA; AMANDA SILVA; ROGER CAINZOS; VANESSA CAINZOS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HARBOR CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 171 OF HARBOR CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14638 PAGE 532 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
