NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08013028CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JOSE WILSON SERRA, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, and the East 25 feet of Lot 17, BLOCK F, LAKE PALMS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 3, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 54 through 57, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
