YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Foreclosure Complaint has been filed against you and all parties claiming interests by through, under or against Defendant, ROBERT J. POMARICO, including any unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors or other claimants claiming interests by, through, under or against, ROBERT J. POMARICO, who are not known to be dead or alive and a prayer contained within the Complaint demands judgment foreclosing a lien on the following described property:
Lot 69, Chattam Landing Phase 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 97, Page(s) 73 to 76, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with all and singular rights, members, hereditaments, and appurtenances belonging or in any way incident or appertaining thereto; all improvements situated thereon; and all fixtures attached thereto (all of the same being deemed part of the Property and included in any reference thereto).
YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your Answer to the Complaint on Adria M. Jensen, Esquire, of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, P.O. Box 49948, Sarasota, Florida 34230, on or before 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice. If you fail to do so, Judgment by Default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in Gulf Coast Business Review.
